Corporate structure
Our intervention is aimed at
- Designing and scheduling the corporate development, corporate processes and instruments needed to achieve improvement targets
Areas of intervention are
- the creation of a development plan for the whole organizational and information system and/or for single specific subgroups, detecting current and mid-term needs of the company, identifying organizational features and specific features of system to implement, assigning priorities in their development and defining times, costs and targets to achieve
- the setting of strategies, "hardware" devices and "software" applications needed for the corporate development
- the setting of organizational, functional and information contents for each application involved, making proposals aimed at the development of operational effectiveness and the quality of information
- support throughout all stages of the system implementation, performing activities such as project management, resource retrieval and quality check in order to guarantee that what has been implemented is in line with the functional project of the system and real corporate needs
- Project implementation and start-up, performing activities of software development and all activities for users training
- check of results achieved, comparing them to targets
- training of ICT managers - to get and update instruments, tecniques and methods for the development and the management of corporate information systems
- users' training - to get and update information and methods to perform their role in projects, to develop and use properly the corporate information system
